The history of the Yates family is the history of restoration in New York City. Since its founding in 1925, Yates has led the way in restoring and maintaining New York City's façades, and developed the knowledge and experience necessary to address all aspects of the building envelope. In fact, Yates has helped develop many of the processes and techniques that are standard in building restoration today. 

Yates Exterior Restoration Services is proud to have been associated with some of the most notable and challenging restoration projects including The Flatiron Building, Trinity Church, The Fred E. French Building, 1185 Park Avenue, 20 Exchange Place, 17 Battery Place, and so many others. 

In recent years, Yates has entered into a strategic partnership with Central Construction Management. By combining our resources, we now offer our clientele a level of value and expertise previously not seen in the industry. Yates shares Central’s state-of-the-art management system and unsurpassed in-house capabilities, and is proud to set a new standard in the field of exterior maintenance and restoration.
